Programming and community engagement are at the core of our strategy. We invest heavily in supporting the development of integrated solutions and delivering reliable tools to those who need them most.
Our Mission is to provide community programs and events to Seniors living in the Edmonton area the opportunity to attend programs and events in an accessible, safe, and inclusive environment at no cost or very low cost to them.
Get Active, Be Active and Stay Active
Our sports programs are run by volunteers to help people to get active and stay active to have a healthy life style.
The Senior Badminton training programs are conducted by certified badminton coaches where students will learn the fundamental development skills and tactical skills to play and compete.

Group biking in the Edmonton area to enjoy the beautiful city trails. Different routes weekly ride lead by a group leader.
